RE: How to connect to AOL



Unfortunately the only way that you will be able to collect your AOL mail
from inside Linux is to visit their web site and use their web mail option.
AOL uses its own server protocols and not the easy ones like SMTP and POP3
(same applies for their news servers also) so you will be out of luck there,
I had the same problem when I first changed over to Linux...thats the main
reason why I dumped AOL and wennt for another servie provider :-)
