install problems

Reds,

I was trying to install Red Hat Linux 6.0 on intel platform.
I created 24MB swap space and 2016MB '/' partition, & selected not to 
install any web server & documentation still it gave me a message 'more 
space required to install selected packages'
on selecting 'install anyway' it continued but gave another error message 
about not being able to configure mouse. I repeated this several times, 
even creating the partitions again but it refused to move.
Also is my display card SiS6215C V compatible with Linux 6.0?
