Questions regarding updates/upgrades.

Hi all,

I am running RH 6.0 on a 586 pentium laptop.  I am thinking of 
updating/upgrading, and I have the following puzzles.

1. It seems that ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/updates/6.0/i386/ and 
updates.redhat.com/6.0/i386/ have different contents.  Why is it so?  Which 
directory should I download files from?

2. Are these files for updates only?  What else should I do to "upgrade" to RH 
6.2?  Do I have to download all kernel patches from 2.2.15 onward?

3. I noticed there are only 3 files under .../i586/ directory.  What are they 
for?  Do I need them?
