Not an answer to your question. But, I stopped using SCSI (RH6.2) because I
was getting similar errors.
I noticed it after upgrading to 2.2.16 and don't recall if I tried an
earlier version. I plan to do that sometime but, I don't know if that's
when it started or not.
I've had no problem whatsoever since stopping the use of SCSI drives.
They're still connected. I just don't use them.
Something in common here (besides the hangups)?
