Re: [Re: netboot.img & Davicomm integrated ethernet ]

Derek,
Thank you for your help but it does not really address my situation. I am
running RH 6.2 but this machine does not have a CD-Drive (this machine will be
a switch/firewall) this is why I would like to use netboot.img and do the
install from my other machine (over the network).
Unfortunetly the current netboot.img does not seem to contain native support
for the 'dmfe' driver. This is why I am trying to create a driver disk so
that I can bootstrap the install process and do an ftp install.

Given that you found the driver contained in your native media I kind of
wonder if the bootnet.img disk might be supporting the Davicomm card under a
different name?

Any ideas are GREATLY appreciated.

Thank You
