This is issue is also being seen on the redhat-install-list.
Temporary solution is to re-activate use of the access.conf and put the
script aliases in there.
Put:
AccessConfig conf/access.conf in httpd.conf or uncomment
This problem also can be cross tested with Alias /doc /usr/doc to prove
it's existence.
