Sound Problem FX-3D

Red Hat 6.2
I use Card Acer Audio Fx-3D ([supportata]), but the relative module AD1816  results always busy . I trie to control with (# fuser - v...) nothing . I have tried isapnp, sndconfig.. , but nothing. Could anybody tell me like could I do?
