hi guys,

tried again to install via dd:

current disk partition

-highlight hda2 and pressed ADD

-pressed CTRL+ALT+F2

-cat syslog

some of the file contents:

hda:ST3130214, 12419MB w/512KB cache, CHS=1024/255/63

Partition check:
hda: hda1 hda2 <hda5 hda6>


summary : install still unsuccessful, help
