RE: RedHat 6.2 on a Intel 840 Motherboard

It sounds to me that you have hardware addressing conflicts. Try switching
the PCI cards physical locations on the bus.

Subject: RedHat 6.2 on a Intel 840 Motherboard

Hi

I am trying to install RH 6.2 on a machine with an Intel 840 motherboard and
I seem to be having a problem (this problems also occurs with 6.1)

The CD or Boot Disk starts to Boot but hangs on a message

PCI : Probing PCI Hardware.

I cannot seem to get past this. Does anyone have any idea's?

Thanks

Phil
