KDE hppp user access problem

Hello, Ive just setup RH 6.2,everything is setup
inclusing the KPPP on ROOT account, I now want to
setup other users so they can dial out, but when I use
the guest account or any other(other than ROOT),i cant
access KPPP from the KDE menu,it asks for ROOT
password like it should, I enter it and nothing
happens(I read it should open KPPP),if anyone has
advice Id appreciate it.
