Although I don't have a good answer for you, you probably don't want
to email everyone in your address book. Not only might it annoy them,
you would (unless you're careful) be giving out your address book's
contents to everyone. Doesn't Communicator (I'll presume by "Netscape"
you meant Netscape's "Communicator") keep all its config in simple
text and HTML files? You might be able to just tranfer them.
