install+RAID problem

Hi list, 

I need to instal on a Dell PowerEdge 2400 with a
RAID controller.

The driver at the Dell site is on rpm format,
at the install process it ask for a floppy
with the driver, but it seems that can not
read the file.

Any clue or suggestion would be appreciated.
