Well, first, as the error message points out, you should check your
MX records in the DNS for "poz.unexpo.edu". To whom do they point?
After that, check for relay hosts or something like that in the
sendmail config. Is this machine (the MX destination) set to
deliver locally or forward it on? If so, where?
