Getting ACER Card Working????

I have an AOpen (ACER) 10/100 BaseT PCI card that I would like to get working
under linux.  I've tried setting it up as an NE PCI card but the driver can't
find the card.

Does anyone know what drive would work???  The card is an ALN-325C.
