i already re-check my modem by issuing this :
cat /proc/pci
and the result is :
... Lucent (ex-AT&T) Microelectronics L56xMF (Rev. 1) ..
and by check this chip set in the Lucent Home Page, i prove that my modem is
not soft-modem
