Can you tell me what I should put in lilo.conf to make X work with
.Xdefaults (or just what replaced the ".Xdefaults mechanism") ?
The installation (upgrade) crashed before lilo got configured. There
were some errors from anaconda, and I had only the choice of clicking
OK to acknowledge that the installation crashed, or choose
debug---which I tried in vain.
What I noticed though was that there was no initrd installed in /boot.
