Cloning a Linux install

Does anyone know of an efficient method to clone a hard drive that
consists of a dual boot between some version of Windows and Linux?  In
the Physics Department at Sinclair Community College, we have been
cloning our  Windows image using Symantec's Ghost.  It has worked very
well, but now we are beginning to move towards dual boot platforms and
want to know what an efficient approach to cloning the entire HD,
possibly in one easy step.  If we can keep the process relatively
simple, we can continue to use student workers without providing an
enormous amount of training.
