Problems with cdu33a

   I am trying to install Redhat 6.1 on my 486 but I can't get the
installation program to recognize my Sony cdu33a cd-rom. It is connected
to a MAD16 sound card. I have read every thing I can find but nothing has
worked. Does any body know how to make this thing work so I can install
Linux?
