Yes, and as a newbie, I found the Network Administrators Guide, also on
Linuxdoc.org, very approachable and informative.

Certainly.  I suggest the man pages of any commands used, any relevant
HOWTOs (http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/), anything else on the LDP
site, and of course, just about anything you can dig up on the web.
