I never really looked at that issue.
if you go to http://www.kernel.org
you should be able to have a look at the change logs
for each kernel.
you have a look at RH6.1.92 the kernel version is
2.2.15-2.5.0
it will be interesting to see what 6.2 is going
to be like.
