Charset and Keyboard. Need help :( !

   Hello Guys;

   In first place I need to thank all of you. Your help is very good.

   I just installed the RH 6.1, and I don't know how to make it work
with my languague. Everthing is right with the keyborad map itself (us).
   However I need to configure my system to write stuff in latin format,
using (at least we call that) accent on the letters.
   (i.e. èlèphant or niño). 

   Please Help me Guys!
