RE: Bind DNS version ?



The only compatibility issues I think you could worry about with Win2000 and
RH or any unix for that matter, is if you are using WINS with DNS. They
pretend to be similar, but really aren't.

The stock version, or your own?  You're free to run
any version of bind under any version of RedHat.
Try "rpm -qa | grep bind".

What do you mean by this?
DDNS is a complicated thing.  So is Win2000.
However, I fail to see what "compatibilty" you're looking for.
