You also forgot to mention that he will need to download and install
the FP extensions for Linux from Microsoft.
There are two ways of doing it and the apache-fp on redhat is outdated
IIRCC. (That's under contrib BTW)

a.) Get the current version of Apache and install the FP extensions
(the only thing you can't do then is use FP client to create sub-webs

b.) Get the source code and compile the mod_frontpage in with
the Apache source. Combined with the front page extensions that
also allow the creation of sub webs. mod_frontpage comes with the
FP extensions provided by Microsoft.

Freshmeat will have very little if anything on FrontPage, a good place
to go would be www.rtr.com (Ready to Run Software) They are the ones
that handle the ports for Unix for Microsoft, and have some good FAQ's

And yes, I have done this before.
