	Try echo $MAIL.
	Check the output, it is the path where u want your mail to reside
for each user. by default sendmail delivers it to /var/spool/mail/<user_name>
and /var	/spool/mqueue.

	Try the netconf utility to configure sendmail if that is what u r
using.
