Hi all guys
After having being installing RH7.0, then the PostgreSQL packages
below,
it seems that, though the test package is described in the docs, as a
separate .rpm package, it doesn't appear at all in the CDs .rpm list.
Hear are the installed packages:
PostgreSQL SGBD
PostgreSQL Server
PostgreSQL Library
PostgreSQL Tcl Client
PostgreSQL Tk Client
The initdb script worked very well.
May be the test package is now included into some other postgresql
package, but which one?
In all case, the shell script /usr/lib/pgsql/test/regress/regress.sh
doesn't exist at all, although the /usr/lib/pgsql/test/regress directory
is here, but I upgraded RH 6.2 -> RH 7.0... Indeed, afterwards, I
uninstalled PostgreSQL, then reinstalled it to its new version ( 7.0.2 ).
Don't think the problem is pertaining to soon remaining directories
beetween the uninstall, and the reinstall process, theorically.
Please, did anyone anyway acknowledge the same problem?
All advices welcome.
Jean Francois
