DHCP setup - need help with configuration

I have dhcpd setup to provide clients with IP address, DNS server
location, (wins)netbios server location (used for samba).

There are a few problems:

1) Domain name is assigned fine. A client with the name (MOBILE) has its
hostname as mobile.torri.linux. How do I add this mobile.torri.linux to
the DNS server automatically? I would like it added on assignment of IP
and removed on announcment that the client is leaving.

2) Is there a way to assign a hostname to a client automatically?
