mount: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = Connection refused

Hi,

Where can I find the meaning of the error :

[root ibm11 /]# mount emc2-32:/linux_local /a
mount: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = Connection refused

I have no problem mounting from other machines. There are no communication 
problems to emc2-32.

If anyone knows what should be done to solve this problem I will be most 
thankful.
