rsh IMAP timeout

Hello!

I am in trouble with rsh on our lab. When I start pine it gives me a
message saying that rsh: IMAP server timed out. And after this message I
successfuly enter my username and password. The problem is why it is
waiting for rsh IMAP server? I tried to open some
ports in the /etc/services file but could not find the right port. When I
open all ports it works. Does anybody know which port should I open?
