Before I use FIPS to divide up my harddrive, I
decided to run scandisk and the disk defrag tool (Windows 98). However, I
get messages while running both that the process would go faster but a program
is writing data to the disk. From reading the FIPS documentation, it could
be bad if a program is running that automatically writes data to the disk.
Is there a way to determine in Windows 98 what programs might be trying to write
data to the disk so that I can turn them off?
Thanks in
advance,
