I think you may be confusing things.  

Why are you talking of disks?  Do you have 128M of physical memory, or is it
a combination of RAM and swap space?

In order to verify that the O/S is seeing all of your available memory, try
"free -mt".  This will give you a breakdown of physical memory, virtual
memory (swap disk) and totals thereof (in megabytes).

I'm still a little curious about the "16 disks of 4096K size each".  What
command are you using to get this?
