Thanks everyone for your response. I've forwarded your e-mails til my
friend's 16-year and will let him decide what he feels up to. I think
he's ready for a challenge, but this one may be a bit too much. I've
suggested he add an extra hard disk to his PC so that he can run both
Linux and Windows 98. This I can have with my computer, so I can give
him a hand on that. He hopefully does not have as many 'win peripherals'
as I have (I have both a winmodem and a winprinter :( )
