I've got the same problem (dropping line) It's not as bad as it use to be
but here are some ideas.
Before the ideas you sure have a LOT of overruns - don't know about those
but it doesn't look good to me. Also, what's with your date - any one know
if that may be a problem?
To settle things down on my machine I cleaned things up in my gateway (don't
have one if you are on the machine dialing out).
Make sure you don't have any thing else running that will try to grab your
phone line (crontab type stuff).
Netscape sees to be a little flaky with a bad connection - mine seems to
stall out a LOT.
