Re: no passwd for a common login

I'm on redhat 6.2 and i have this problem when i shutdown my box. It says

Shutting down http:                  [FAILED]

During startup also, 

It says something like that:

Starting httpd: blah blah blah       [FAILED]

any ideas i could fix this?
