NetGear FA310TX Probs.

I just installed a fresh copy of RH6.2 and my NetGear FA310TX would drop
packets after the first received from an address.  I just replaced the
tulip.o driver with NetGear's version of the driver, but it has not resolved
the problem.  Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get this card to work?
