Installing to second harddrive

I have a second harddrive that I am going to be installing
on my Pentium 200 machine.  I want to dedicate that drive
to Linux.

I *tried* to do a search on the list archive at the RedHat 
web site for information on this and came up dry.  Maybe, 
I'm just not setting the search parameters correctly, or
something.

Anyway......

Can anyone here give me a suggestions on how to do this, or
were (on the web or otherwise) I should look to find 
information on same?
