Dear Sir/Madem,
I used a "ABIT BX133-RAID" motherboard and setup RAID 0 using
two identical HD. Each HD is 20G, and setup as two primary
drives on two UDMA100 channel. I successfully build a RAID and
it is 40G now. I installed Win98 on 15G FAT32 partition. Then I
installed ABit's Linux (called GENTUS Linux) but it recognised the
two HD as individual drives (ie hde, hdg), but not a single drive. It
should be recognised as one single drive of 40G. Therefore I
suspect this Linux cannot recognised the Hardware RAID. Does
anyone know if it supports HIghpoint 370 RAID. Thanks.
The Kernel version is 2.2.15-xxx.
Edward
