RH 6.2 Install and Networking

I'm having some problems with getting networking functioning on my RH 6.2
box. The last time I installed RH was using 5.2 and it prompted me during
the install for the network information. I haven't really done much since
then with linux and decided the other day to download 6.2 and install it on
my home network.

During the install I was never prompted for the IP configuration or network
info, which seemed odd, but I didn't think anything of it. After I noticed
nothing was set up for networking I searched all over the 'net' trying to
find out how to go about configuring networking, but have had no luck.

This is what I have hardware wise: Gateway PPro 180 with 48 mb ram. I'm not
sure the manufacturer of the network card, but it is NE2000 compatible, irq
10, io 0x300. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get this box working
on the network? I've looked at all kinds of HOW-TOs, but I seem to be
missing something.
