Hmmmm, that is indeed kind of strange then because if I relog onto my ISP
within a 24 period then I do get the same IP :-) maybe its just my ISP
having a strange setup...but it seems to be too much to be a
coincidence...anyway, provided that the person having problems here can say
to thier ISP that it was this IP at this time then the ISP should be able to
take steps, that I think is the main thing...
