When so many are having problems unsubscribing, then perhaps it ought to
be taken as an indicator that the unsubscribing process needs to be
rethinked. It's apparently not clear enough, or maybe there really is a
problem - that is to say, that these people are following the
instructions, but for some reason, it's just not working on their
system. So rather than blaming those who can't unsubscribe, look at the
root of the problem and fix it. If it's because the instructions are not
being followed correctly, then according to most communication theories,
the instructions needs to be made clearer and easier to follow. I hope
the administrator of this list is taking this problem seriously and is
looking into finding a solution.
