Start at the basics and check fuses , connections mains and m/board, then
look to the motherboard and controllers. If still not looking good, remove
all cards except video, disconnect hard drives, try booting with a floppy,
if that works, powerdown (UNPLUG FROM MAINS) add cards and drive
individually. If that don't work, throw it and buy a new one and learn by
your mistakes :o)))
