Anurag,
I've considered this too, and recently followed an interesting discussion of
this on slashdot (www.slashdot.org) -- You should be able to find the
discussion in the archives there. IMHO, if your present system is working
well, I wouldn't risk the upgrade. You should, of course, keep on top of
security updates for 6.2. Unless there is something you really need from
7.0 (and can't get it through updated the kernel or individual packages),
you are probably best off with your currently stable system.
Good luck,
Bryan

Subject: Version upgrade ..
Hi all,
I installed Redhat 6.2 on my production machine in June. Now ver 7 has been
released . Whats the easiest way to upgrade and is it desirable ? Can i
just boot
the machine off a ver 7.0 CD and choose, the upgrade option ?
I have lots of stuff installed on this machine - Wu-FTP, Apache, PHP, MySQL
, SAMBA, Sendmail etc ...
Thanks in advance
Anurag
