cgi - still out

I'm still not able to access any of the cgi on my server.  This started
earlier in the week after I installed several new modules.  The
httpd.conf file seems to be in order with the required addhandlers and
aliases.  The cgi was working prior to the installation of the modules,
but now I can't even post to the files.  Here's what I get when I
attempt to post from a form:

"The requested URL /home/httpd/cgi-bin/form.cgi was not found on this
server."

Yes, the path is correct.  Is there any other information I should post
to this list that might help someone diagnose the problem?  I'm at a
loss and could really use some help.
