Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'm trying to install Red Hat 6.1 on an
HP LH4 netserver, and am having problems with netraid. One of two things
keep happening. Either the install hangs while trying to partition the
drive (using the SCO Unix install from the navigation cd, allowing me to
skip the utilities partition), or I receive an error message saying it is
unable to make a partition to /dev/sda1 (using the "other" install from the
navigation cd, which tries to build the utilities partition, but is
unsuccessful). I am aware of the magaraid driver, and it does appear to be
installing at the beginning of the install process. After disabling
netraid, I am able to complete an install, but I don't want to leave netraid
disabled. Has anyone come across these problems before?
Thanks!
Deb
