I got the same problem here. The only kernel i can compile is the one, who
come\'s with Redhat 7.0. If i try to compile 2.2.16 or 2.2.17 from ftp.kernel.org
it breaks with the same error on the same position.
I hope is solve this problem this weekend. 20 computers who can\'t compile a
kernel, that\'s hurt.
