RH7.0: Install or Upgrade?

Hi
  After having been burning both my CDs, with a md5sum checking, I
wonder wether or not the automatic upgrading process from RH6.2, is
available with this distro?

  In other terms, is the upgrading 6.2 -> 7.0 process foolproof as much
as it is for 6.1 -> 6.2 ?
