If you want to do good reliable offline browsing then the wwwoffle caching
proxy server is the best in the buisness, It supports offline browsing and
it caches offline requests and fetches them when you go online, with a
huge amount of configurability, in short its a superb daemon. You can find
it by going to google.com and searching for wwwoffle.
