There isn't anything called filetypes in my httpd.conf file, but in the
process of looking for it, I found "DirectoryIndex", which is exactly what I
was looking for. [I thought I did a grep for "index.html" on all the files
in the conf directory and didn't find anything - I must have made a mistake
somehow. Bonehead!]
