Disaster recovery ...

Hi all,

I am looking at revamping my backup strategy . Taper is 
out because of its 4 Gb limitation . Arkeia is free for
1 server and looks like it'd do the job . Bru is a little 
expensive . Arkeia has a slight problem with disaster recovery..

Either the logs have to be backed up , using a Non Arkeia solution,
OR they have to be rebuilt using a C source code program , from the Arkeia 
tapes .. I have 2x9GB drives on the server ..would it be advisdable 
for me to setup a cron job to copy the Arkeia logs to the other HD 
every day ? I would love to have your suggestions on this crucial issue ..
