Thats excessive IMHO ,try limiting it to just your card

first of al delete the currnet source tree and unpack the tarball from the
beginning , ie start with a fresh compilation, then run

./configure --with-cards=ymfpci

now type make  and see how long it takes

It should take about a max of 10 minutes with a single card like the above
so try it and tell us what hapenned.

NTW About this clock skew thingy, is your clock working properly, and are
your date settings correct, IIRC this thingy happens when there is some
problem with regard to the times in the distributions and the one in your
system.
