Intel Chipset Motherboard...

hello,

i have recently changed the mother board of my PC, KOB
810 with Intel Chipset.
now i have the following system:

PII-233MHz
KOB 810 Motherboard
128MB Memory
Intel 810 Graphics Controller
US Robotice Message External 56Kbps Modem 
Philips 104B Monitor 

my previous motherboard worked very well with RedHat
Linux 7, but now when i try to install RH7 it doesn't
start its graphic installtion, instead it starts its
text version.

now what i need to know is that if any one could tell
me that will my system with the above configuration
work better (i mean the VGA, Modem, Sound etc. working
correctly) with RedHat Linux 6.2/7 or not?

please let me know because if it is not working then
i'll try to replace my system.
